Return Policy – Online ISO

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, your account will be blocked and a note will be made that the downloaded Online ISO Templates can no longer be used for accreditation. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@online-iso.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 3 working days after registering your cancellation.
