Online ISO cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Webhosting: Webreus
We purchase web hosting and email services from Webreus. Webreus processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Webreus has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Webreus is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Payment processor: Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal periods.
Reviews: Valued Shops Trademark
We collect reviews via the Valued Shops platform. If you leave a review via Valued Shops, you are required to provide a name and email address. Valued Shops shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Valued Shops also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, Valued Shops may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Valued Shops. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Valued Shops has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Invoicing and accounting
We use e-boekhouden services to maintain our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. e-boekhouden is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. e-boekhouden does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

In appropriate cases, Online ISO may be required by law to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered by the law.
Retention periods
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also regard this as a request to be forgotten. This also means that we do not store your data for longer than two years from the last moment of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in response to your assignment.
