The ISO standards are usually updated every 5 years. This may mean that the content is updated or that the structure and table of contents are adapted to, for example, new legislation and regulations. The Online ISO templates are always updated directly on the portal and adjusted to the latest version where necessary. If you already have an existing ISO implementation and the standard changes in the meantime, you will be given 3 years to update your management system. Currently the latest versions are as follows;

Instant! After ordering, you will receive an email with your personal login details for the Online ISO Portal. This is the place where you can directly download the document templates and get access to the virtual coach and online knowledge base.
Through the Online ISO package you receive all offline documents, templates and forms that you need for (for example) the Information Security Management System. These are all pre-filled, but you will of course still have to adjust them to your company. In addition, you will have to actually apply the described policy and be able to demonstrate that you work and act based on the ISMS. To give a simple example, if you describe that you use a daily backup policy, you must also be able to demonstrate that you actually make these backups and store them somewhere.
Our ISO templates are designed so that you can get started right away. If you still need advice or guidance, we can make a separate proposal for consultancy or refer you to one of our partners.
To obtain an official ISO certificate, certification by an accredited certifier is of course mandatory. However, many of our customers use ISO standards and working methods as a guideline without a certificate. Quality and information security are always important, regardless of the final certificate.
